MNJ series micro tooth mark hydraulic pipe screwing machine is a threaded connection loading and unloading machine, which adopts a high reliability design and is resistant to harsh on-site conditions. The device has the following characteristics:

Both the machine head and the backup clamp adopt a jaw plate type clamping mechanism; Equipped with corresponding micro tooth mark pliers, with a large embracing surface, fine tooth marks, no deformation during clamping, no slipping, and no peeling;

No reset knob design, no need to pull the reset knob for forward and reverse operation;

Adopt a brake band type braking mechanism, ensuring reliable braking and convenient maintenance;

The backup tong is equipped with a hydraulic traveling mechanism.

Optional torque control system. Installing an automatic torque control system has a better effect.

Support for private customization: non-standard pipe diameter and unconventional torque, fully automatic operation.
