NJ series hydraulic pipe screwing machine
NJ series hydraulic pipe screwing machine is a loading and unloading machine for threaded connections, which adopts a high reliability design and is resistant to harsh on-site conditions. It is applicable to the screwing of couplings in oil and casing factories, as well as the manufacturing, assembly, repair, and disassembly of downhole pumps, downhole tools, tubing, casing, and other threaded connections in oil fields.
It has the following characteristics:
Simple and elegant appearance; The tong head adopts a planetary jaw clamping mechanism, which eliminates the need to replace any parts and tong teeth within the scope of application.
The main backup tong has a small spacing and can be used for ultrashort nipples and tools.
The backup tong is equipped with a hydraulic traveling mechanism that can move with the workpiece.
Optional torque control system. Installing an automatic torque control system has a better effect.
Support for private customization: non-standard pipe diameters and unconventional torques.
